111% Price Guarantee

If you find a shoe for a lower price on another web site, we will refund you 111% of the difference between the lower price and our price!

Rules: The shoe must be the same style and color that is on our site AND the site that you find the lower price cannot be an auction site. Shipping charges will be included when calculating the price difference. To receive your refund:

  1. Order the shoe that you want from our site
  2. Send email to sales@carlsfootwear.com with:
    • Your Order Number
    • the URL of the site where you found the shoe (and directions of how to find the shoe)

Then we will verify the web site where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total. Please note, you have to inform us of this price difference within 10 business days of placing your order to qualify for the price protection.


60-Day Return Policy

    It's EASY!   

    Need to Return or Exchange Your Shoes? It's easy!

    We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.
    You can return unworn shoes for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
    Please do not send the shoes back to the manufacturer, we will take care of everything.


    1. Just call or email for your UPS prepaid return label.

    A: Shopping at carlsfootwear.com is safe. Our site is protected by SSL Web Server to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. 
  2. Q: I received my shoes, but no invoice or receipt! Is this normal?
    A: Your receipt will always be emailed to you via the email address you've given on your order. You may also log in to "My Account" at any time and print previous orders.
  3. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
    A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for all orders. For orders to be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, we also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. 
  4. Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
    Please call 1-888-GO SHOES(467-4637) 9-5 Monday-Saturday. After hours please leave a message or email sales@carlsfootwear.com with your order details.
  5. Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
    A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card and that it matches the billing address of your credit card.
  6. Q: Do you do back orders?
    A: If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or back order the item for you. 
  7. Q: Do you have a catalog?
    A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our products are available in our stores and online; we do not have a physical catalog.
